Herridge Place- Share Housing Initiative – Nelson, BC

Herridge Place is a 39 unit affordable housing complex developed by the SHARE Housing Initiative Society located in Nelson, BC. Kays Contracting was hired as a sub-contractor by Chandos Construction to complete the following scope of work:

• Site grading and preparation
• Construct a 300mm long retaining wall along the highway frontage
• Install all offsite and onsite deep utilities.
• Foundation excavation and backfill
• Final site grading, gravel placement and asphalt preparation
