Elkview Estates Subdivision Project

Elkview is located in Castlegar near the Kootenay Regional Airport and in the highly coveted Ootischenia area. In 2018 we were brought in to prepare the entire 22-acre Phase 1 site, which included installing water, power, phone and cable services for 34 new lots. We also completed the road building and gravel base work before the pavers came in. The original contractor walked away but we were willing to work through the challenges to keep the project on track.
