Johnstone Road Foundation Excavation

Kays Contracting was tasked by Ramm Custom Build Ltd. with completing the foundation excavation for a residence along Johnstone Road. The challenging site conditions and geotechnical requirements demanded that Kays complete the excavation in conjunction with the Ramm Team and a shoring wall contractor. The final excavation was 30 feet below existing grade and required roughly 4500m3 of material to be removed.

Kays was also responsible for placing the backfill material, constructing multiple retaining walls and the installing the septic system.
