Kalesnikoff Shop Expansion

In 2022 Kalesnikoff added 19,200ft2 onto their existing mass timber plant. Due to the specialized, large scale equipment to be housed in the expansion  the foundation was quite complex. This required constant coordination with other onsite contractors to ensure the excavation requirements were being achieved.

Kays was hired by KMT to complete the following scope of work:

• Foundation excavation, footing and pad footing base preparation and backfill.
• Interior slab preparation and place 19mm MMCD well graded base.
• Supply and place structural fill.
