Spearhead Shop Expansion

In 2020 Spearhead expanded their facility by 14000ft2. The team at Kays was given the opportunity to complete the work alongside multiple other local contractors.

Kays was hired to complete the following tasks:

• Detail excavation and footing preparation on new building.
• Interior backfill and interior/exterior slab preparation on new building.
• Install rain water leaders and a new drywell to handle the additional volume of storm water off then new roof system.
• Re-grade the existing parking lot and install gravel prior to asphalt paving.
• Excavate and install conduit for the upgraded power service.
• Install spool pieces and excavate foundation for the upgraded water suppression system.
• Excavate and backfill foundation on new storage racking on the highway frontage.
